4. Donation processing
Donations are processed by secure third-party payment providers (such as PayFast, Peach Payments, Stripe, Yoco, or Ozow). H.E.R does not store credit card or full banking details on its own systems.
5. Volunteer and partner enquiries
Information submitted through volunteer and partner forms is used solely to evaluate, coordinate, and communicate about possible involvement with H.E.R.
6. Newsletter consent
Supporter updates and newsletters are only sent to people who have opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.
7. Third-party processors
We may share information with carefully selected third parties (payment processors, email service providers, hosting providers) strictly to deliver our services. We do not sell personal information.
